- Areas of interest: Downtown Los Angeles, Culver City, the greater Westside and South Bay
- Size: 20,000 SF - 40,000 SF
- Lease or sale
- Music venue: minimum floor area is approx 12,000+ SF
- Minimum Ceiling Height: 14 ft. for the live music venue
- Minimal columns in music venue strongly preferred
- Parking: Sufficient parking is a must
