It is a pleasure meeting you via email. We are contacting you about your retail property for lease at 13720 Riverside Drive. Our team specializes in the leasing and sale of retail properties. We have many years of experience representing all different types of tenants and landlords throughout the state. We feel that your building has very unique characteristics that make it highly desirable for a variety of users that we are currently working with. The building enjoys phenomenal traffic being located right off the 101 fwy, and directly adjacent to the Fashion Square mall. It is our feeling that there is no reason there should be any vacant space in such a fantastic high traffic location.
