We feel that your building has very unique characteristics that make it highly desirable for a variety of users that we are currently working with. The building enjoys phenomenal traffic being located right off the 101 fwy, and directly adjacent to the Fashion Square mall. It is our feeling that there is no reason there should be any vacant space in such a fantastic high traffic location.
