Site Selection Criteria
Trade Area Criteria
- Minimum population of 50,000 within a 3 mile radius of defined trade area
- Minimum median household income of $50,000 within a 3mile radius
- Primary traffic count in front of the proposed location greater than 30,000 APD
- Customers tend to be white collar, college educated, health conscious, and participate in sports/fitness activities
- Close proximity to lunch & dinner customer base, prefer close proximity to daytime office population and nearby residences
Site Specific Criteria
- 1,500-2,000 SF with a minimum width of 20 feet
- End cap preferred, however will consider in-line spaces
- Ample parking with easy ingress & egress. Signalized access preferred
- Outdoor seating is strongly preferred
- Grocery anchored centers are preferred
- Large gyms serve as an additional draw
