J.C. CASILLAS Vice President Research, Marketing and Communications J.C. is responsible for developing and executing NAI Capital’s marketing department plans to ensure
consistency of service, direction and implementation of company policies. He provides oversight and
leadership to the Research, Marketing and Mapping teams. J.C. is involved in the analysis, presentation and
marketing of commercial real estate. He works extensively with brokers on business development projects
and client presentations. J.C. serves as the central point of contact for media and press relations. |

JILLIAN OLIVAS Research & Communications Jillian is responsible for monitoring research quarterly report work flow, including market research, writing and
editing of commercial real estate market information for the NAI Capital Outlook Quarterly and Market Trends
reports. She creates Excel/Power Point graphs for presentations and market reports. She participates in
writing/editing market overviews for offering memorandum and broker opinion of value. Jillian helps broadcast
company news and information on social media, including the NAI Capital website. She assists in editing
broker professional profiles.

KEVIN DE BREE Research Analyst
Kevin works with the research team to provide database management and integrity for the NAI Capital
Outlook Quarterly and Market Trends reports. He is responsible for conducting market analysis, research
and reporting. Kevin participates in establishing procedures for acquiring, tracking and verifying real estate
marketing data related to properties, listings, tenants and comparable transactions for all divisions covered by
the NAI Capital offices. He gets involved in creating Excel/Power Point graphs for presentations and market
reports. Kevin also participates in writing market area overviews. |

DENNIS PONTILLANO Director of Marketing Dennis is responsible for tracking the marketing team’s work flow, quality control and design. He ensures that
marketing projects are completed in the required time frames and to company standards. Dennis keeps a log and
provides updates regarding ongoing marketing projects and progress toward completion. He works with brokers
in the creation of custom design marketing collateral material including offering memorandum, broker opinion of
value, brochures, newsletters, listing presentations, and other marketing material for print and or electronic media
distribution. He provides marketing support to local offices and reviews all graphic design work product.

KARIN YEHUDA Graphic Designer Karin assists in monitoring the marketing team’s work flow and quality control, ensuring that jobs are completed
in required time frames. She is responsible for creating custom design collateral material including offering
memorandum, broker opinion of value, brochures, newsletters, listing presentations and other marketing
material for print and or electronic media distribution. Karin is the primary contact for office managers and
support staff on Buildout questions and training. She provides custom design support to local offices. Karin
is involved with reviewing graphic design work product and sharing of best practices.

DEIRDRE PEASE Graphic Designer Deirdre is involved with the design and production of flyers, brochures, post cards, offering memorandum,
broker opinion of value and marketing materials consistent with established company style guides. She
draws site plans and performs other graphic design functions as needed. Deirdre graphically enhances
demographic maps, aerial photography and research/marketing reports. She works with brokers on how
best to incorporate marketing material in client presentations or sales/leasing marketing material. |

DIANE SULLIVAN GIS Mapping Manager Diane is responsible for tracking the mapping team’s workflow and quality control. She works with brokers to create custom maps, aerial images and demographic studies to assist their
clients’ in site selection and marketing of properties for lease and sale. Diane is the administrator for aerial, demographics and mapping software and provides support to the local offices on geographic information systems. She works with the marketing team
to provide custom, graphically enhanced maps consistent with company standards. |

AZALEA MILLET GIS Specialist Azalea is responsible for creating custom site maps, aerial images and demographic studies to be included in offering memorandum, broker opinion of value, brochures, listing
presentations and other marketing material. She provides aerial mapping support for the local offices and works with the marketing team to provide custom, graphically enhanced maps consistent with company standards. Azalea also performs requests for demographic
reports and information. |
