Charles Carmichael has been named Director of Information Technology for NAI Capital effective immediately.

Charles comes with a unique background as both an industrial broker and information technology professional. Charles has been active in the industrial market serving the San Fernando Valley for the past 5 years.

Prior to joining NAI Capital he accumulated 12 years of information technology management experience with TRW and later Northrop Grumman, where he managed increasingly complex enterprise-level IT programs. 

Mr. Carmichael will provide operational direction for the IT Department as well as technology strategy for NAI Capital. He will continue to service key brokerage clients.

Mr. Carmichael graduated from California State University, Northridge College of Business, with an emphasis in Information Systems. He has completed UC Irvine's Project Management program, various specialty curriculums in the Information Technology domain. Other professional designations include, Six Sigma Green Belt, CMMI Level 3 and CCIM candidate.
