To make the public aware of the fabulous 3,051 square foot spec suite at 1405 North San Fernando Boulevard in Burbank
You don’t have to sell our building and the fabulous spec suite we have created! The space will do that for you. All you have to do is bring your clients by to see it! - And we intend to reward you for doing that.

This contest is for our 3,051 square foot newly built-out spec suite located on the top floor.
How do you claim victory?
It’s as easy as 1 – 2 – 3!
Simply earn points by:
  • 1 point for every qualified showing – upon arrival you must register your guest and we will record the date shown
  • 2 points for every offer – whether it works out or not
  • 3 points for a lease
Offers submitted must be from clients who registered at time of tour. Contest will run through July 1, 2012 and the winner will be contacted Monday July 2, 2012. If there is a tie with more than one broker earning the same number of winning points, we will conduct a drawing – the broker with the most points on June 30 wins. No need to be present at time of drawing.
